A traditional courtyard photograph helps you imagine a stay in Bukhara, but it does not answer the practical questions. On a short trip, access, sleep and clear logistics matter more.
Compare the address with the places you plan to visit on foot. Ask where a vehicle can drop you and how far luggage must be carried. “Central” may mean either a quiet lane or a busy evening area, so ask directly.
Check stairs, window orientation and seasonal heating or cooling. Find out breakfast times and whether luggage can be stored after check-out. Early check-in or reception after a late train should be agreed separately rather than assumed.
Look for recent comments about noise, hot water, cleanliness and vehicle access. Attractive decoration does not compensate for a difficult staircase if mobility is limited. Choose a base that works for the whole visit, not simply the property closest to one monument.
